Blizzard cowers it out.
Well, me and my friends have always been great fans of Blizzard Entertainment and their games. But in this recent interview on slashdot, they have really let me down. I mean, they took very interesting and reasonable questions, and just send some PR drone to spew ready-made answers.
Of course, this is not their first offence. It seems that their customer support is very lacking on the WoW foruns, and the forum itself is a mess. Also, their rabid suing of the bnetd team only serves to illustrate that Blizzard has become another company that sees their customers as enemies, and a “necessary evil”.
Oh well…
