Shinkansen - Not worth it?
So I’m back from my Fukushima trip. I took the shinkansen (bullet train) to go there and back. I could cover in three hours what would usually be an 6 hour bus trip. On the other hand, it was 15.000 ienes, opposed to 8.000 by bus. Also, the time is not that bad, if you consider you can take a night bus.
The chair is better than a bus chair, but you don’t have a lot of space to put your luggage. I travelled light this time, but it would be a problem had I brought more luggage with me. On the other hand, It didn’t shake as bad as busses, and no long stops is always nice.
Well, I think I’ll consider the shinka again if I ever have to go to a place by plane.

O shinka eh bom mesmo, alem de tudo nao precisa ir ate o aeroporto, que normalmente fica longe do centro da cidade!!
Quando fui a Okayama, vi q a passagem de aviao ate tokyo era menos ou igual a passagem de shinka, porem, tem q chegar uma hora antes, aquelas burocracias de aviao, ne…
Esse trem (ou qualquer outro) faz a maior falta por aki!! :-/
