Sayan Training!

After a long while, I’m back to my training. The month of september and august were filled with papers to write, meetings to go, things to study, so that I ended up postponing my physical activities.

But now that I got myself a little breathing space, I decided to return to gym&running. Today I went to the small gym room at the physics building, and it was full of good surprises!

First, when I checked my weight, I noticed it was at 63.6! Much lower than my previous average of 65, and closer to my normal weight! I wonder how I managed to lose weight in a sedentary month. Maybe I staying awake until late studying Java has something to do with it.

Then, when I went to use the training machine, I started my regular 10km/h, and felt it to be too slow! Normally I would barely make it 10.4 in the beginning of the year. Maybe the weird running training machines in the big gym really work afterall! I managed to do 2 km at 11.6, but I think I could push it a little further next time.

(now all you REAL runners may laugh at me for only making 2 km, but there’s where I’m at right now :-P - and rising!)

Good start for the week, let’s see if I can keep the pace.

Now I’ll try to put some Okayama pics up tomorrow. Bye!
